What the request
will do.

Account deletion is different from uninstalling the app. We verify ownership before processing a request so another person cannot delete your account.

Request

Submit the registered email address and confirm you understand the action.

Verify

Our team contacts that email address to verify ownership. Do not send a password or OTP.

Review

We check the account and any records that must be retained for security, transactions or law.

Complete

Eligible account and profile information is deleted or anonymised and access is closed.

DATA EXPLAINED

What is deleted and what may remain

Processed after verification

account identity and editable profile details;
server-side notification token associations;
active session access and eligible service-profile links; and
other personal account data that is not required to be retained.

May be retained

limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security and legal records;
the deletion request and action log needed to prove it was handled; and
temporary backup copies until they are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.

Files on your device

Projects, custom themes, source media, recordings and exported MP4 files stored locally are not removed by a server-side account request. Delete them from the app or device yourself. Uninstalling alone does not request deletion of server account data.

If store subscriptions are introduced, deleting the account will not necessarily cancel a subscription billed by Google Play. Cancel it separately in the store. Unused credits or rewards may be forfeited on deletion, subject to applicable law.
