Service and eligibility

Breaking News Creator is an Android editing tool offered under the LV Softech brand. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the service.

We may add, change or remove features to keep the service useful, secure or legally compliant. Material changes to these terms will be published with a new effective date.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Do not create duplicate or deceptive accounts to obtain referral rewards, credits, subscription benefits or promotional access. We may require reasonable verification before granting benefits or processing account requests.

Your media and content

You retain your rights in media, text, audio, logos and other content you supply. You give us only the limited permission needed to process that content and operate features you request. An export does not transfer ownership to us.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights, licences and consents, and that your content and use of it do not violate law, privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or another person's rights.

Acceptable use

You must not use the app or service to:

• impersonate a person, media organisation, government body or official source;
• present fabricated or manipulated content as a verified emergency, election instruction, public warning or confirmed event;
• harass, threaten, exploit or target people, or promote hateful, discriminatory or illegal conduct;
• publish intimate, private or sensitive material without lawful permission;
• infringe intellectual-property rights or remove ownership notices;
• upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or bypass security and usage limits; or
• abuse payments, promotions or referrals through self-referrals, duplicate identities, reversals, automation or collusion.

Editable labels such as "Breaking" and "Live" are design elements, not verification. You remain responsible for accuracy and context.

Credits, paid features and referrals

Paid checkout, subscriptions and per-video wallet charging are not live at the date of these terms. If introduced, the price, included benefits and applicable conditions will be shown before purchase.

Unless a checkout screen expressly states otherwise, app credits and referral rewards are limited service benefits: they are not bank deposits, are not transferable and cannot be withdrawn for cash. Referral rewards may be credited only after an eligible referred user makes a verified payment. Suspected abuse, duplicate rewards, refunds, chargebacks or reversed payments may result in withholding or reversal after review.

Projects, local files and exports

Projects, custom themes, selected media, recordings and exported videos are primarily stored on your device in the current app. You are responsible for maintaining copies of important work. Clearing app storage, uninstalling, device failure or unsupported media can result in loss or an unsuccessful export.

You decide whether and where an exported video is published. Any destination platform applies its own content, copyright, advertising and privacy rules.

Our service and branding

The app software, original interface, theme system, website, LV Softech branding and Breaking News Creator branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service as intended; they do not give you ownership of our software or marks.

Availability, suspension and termination

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device, codec or platform. We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to protect users and systems, investigate misuse, comply with law or address a material breach. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to respond.

You may stop using the app at any time. Uninstalling the app does not itself submit an account-deletion request; use the account deletion page for that purpose.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for user-created claims, publication decisions, lost device-local work, unsupported exports, third-party moderation or indirect and consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without overriding consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Courts with competent jurisdiction in India will handle disputes that cannot be resolved informally, subject to applicable law.
