The app helps users arrange photos, videos, audio, logos, headlines and visual blocks into news-style videos. We are not a newspaper, broadcaster, newsroom, government body, emergency service, professional adviser or independent fact-checking organisation.
You control the message
You choose the source media, wording, design, timing and audience. You are responsible for checking facts, dates, names, locations and context before exporting or sharing a video, and for correcting or removing inaccurate material where appropriate.
Do not present invented, manipulated or unverified content as a confirmed event, official instruction or emergency alert. Clearly label opinion, satire, simulations and sponsored material when context requires it.
"Breaking", "Live" and similar labels
Template labels such as "Breaking News", "Live", "Exclusive" and "Developing Story" are editable design elements. Their appearance does not confirm accuracy, urgency, ownership, endorsement or live coverage.
Media rights, privacy and consent
You must have the necessary copyright, licence, permission and consent for every photo, clip, recording, logo, name, mark and other element you use. Take extra care with children, private individuals, sensitive events, copyrighted broadcasts and another organisation's branding.
No professional or emergency advice
Content created with the app is not legal, medical, financial, safety or emergency advice from LV Softech. For urgent help, contact the relevant local authority or emergency service and rely on an official source.
Export and device limitations
Preview and export results can vary with the source format, crop, codec, device encoder, available memory, free storage and operating-system limits. Large or 4K clips may need a shorter segment or reduced output size. We cannot guarantee that every device can encode every resolution or unsupported media format.
Third-party platforms and links
If you share an export through a social network, messaging service or other platform, that service's rules and processing apply. References or links to third parties do not imply endorsement, partnership or official affiliation unless we expressly say so.
Availability and limitation
The app and website are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LV Softech is not responsible for editorial decisions, user-created claims, unauthorised media, lost local projects, platform moderation, audience reactions or indirect losses arising from use of an exported video. Nothing on this page excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
