Breaking News Creator is operated under the LV Softech brand in India. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of Breaking News Creator.
Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the Breaking News Creator Android app, bncapp.in and the account, notification, referral, support and administrative services connected to them. It does not control the practices of a social network, app store, payment provider or other third party you choose to use.
Information we handle
Account and profile details
When you register or complete a profile, we may handle your name, channel name, email address, mobile number, website, address, city, PIN code, social links, logo, banner and reporter photo.
Service and transaction records
We may keep account status, subscription or premium status, wallet and credit balances, referral code and attribution, reward activity, project-related service records, support messages, account-deletion requests and security logs.
Device and technical information
To operate and protect the service, we may process app version, device and operating-system details, IP address, request time, diagnostic information, export errors and identifiers needed for session security and abuse prevention.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging may provide a device notification token and delivery-related information so that we can send app notices. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.
Payments
Paid checkout is not live at the date of this policy. If paid features are introduced, the payment provider may send us a transaction reference, amount, currency, status and limited billing information. We do not ask you to send a card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or banking password through our forms.
How we use information
We use information where needed to provide and improve the app, maintain accounts and profiles, show your branding, operate credits and verified referrals when available, send requested notifications, answer support requests, investigate errors, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal duties and enforce our terms.
We do not treat a news-style template as proof that content is accurate. The app is an editing tool, not a news publisher or fact-checking service.
Your media, projects and local storage
Photos, videos, recordings, exported MP4 files, saved projects and custom themes are primarily processed or stored on your device in the current app experience. Selecting a gallery item does not make that item public on our website, and an export does not automatically publish it to a social network.
Some account and service information is stored on our servers. Device-local projects and exports are not a cloud backup. Clearing app data, deleting a project or uninstalling the app may remove local work, so keep a separate copy of anything important.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described, to maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention can differ by record type. Account-deletion requests may be retained as a limited audit record even after other account information is removed or anonymised.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including validation, access controls and protected connections where available. No internet service or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so do not submit secrets through support forms.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. You can edit many profile details in the app, manage notification permission on your device and use our account deletion request page.
We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security or accounting purposes.
Children's privacy
The service is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorisation, contact us so we can review the matter.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised version on this page and change the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by another appropriate method.
